05/19/2015: We presented our clinical outcomes studies poster, Comparing the efficacy of denosumab versus zoledronic acid (ZA) for prevention of skeletal-related events (SREs): a critical appraisal of three pivotal trials, at ISPOR (International Society For Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research) 20th Annual International Meeting. You can access the abstract and poster here. Attrition does not necessarily result in attrition bias. Of particular interest to many critical appraisers will be this case study for ideas for approaching the evaluation of studies with a high degree of attrition. |
